Position: Course Consultant
Main Duties:
· Identify prospect and sell the training programs.
· Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Pre-training preparation and coordination.
· In class services.
· Post-training follow-ups.
· Develop and maintain long term customer relations.
Requirements:
· Love training job and like to help others.
· Self-motivated to success. Eager to get the material and spiritual rewards by making efforts.
· Influential, persistent and assertive to his/her beliefs.
· Easygoing, outgoing, like to meet and deal with people.
· College degree or above.
· Sales, tele-marketing or training and education background are preferred.
· Basic oral and written English.
Position: Coach (Part-time):
Main Duties:
· Deliver Soft Strength programs;
· Call on clients with sales people to understand customer needs and design course.
Requirements:
· Agree on our value and love coaching.
· Genuinely interested in people, care for people and have burning desire to help people.
· Sound management background in noted enterprises.
· Good training skills.
· Bachelor degree or above.
· Willing to be evaluated and grow.
· Soft Strength’s graduates are preferred.
